I can walk more than 5 miles without even thinking about it, but running sucks - my knees and hips do not enjoy it. Running is overrated.
I need to buy some kind of insoles for my shoes when I go to the gym. My legs are still hurting. And one day, I will be able to run that 2 miles just like SB.

Exercise in general is overrated.
When I'm dying of a heart attack at the age of 35 I will think back to this comment and laugh.
Be sure to stretch before you run, that'll help you from getting sore.
And I wish I could say I ran 2 miles but I walked......a lot.

My knees and hips can handle it, but I can think of a couple other things that don't like that much jostling.
I do need to start stretching. I just haven't ever been a runner. I did find some good ones to help with my shins though. That's what's been killing me.
Us girls don't have anything to whip out.
