I need to vent about an employee at work. This girl is always complaining when she's at work that she feels sick, she hates our boss, and that she's not getting enough hours. Then with the few days she works she always comes in late or calls in. I have always come in for her when she calls in, and it's usually on my only day off of the week. I'm starting to get the feeling she's lying to get out of work because the other week she couldn't come in because she hit THREE cows on the road... who does that?! How do you manage to hit THREE cows?? She didn't see the first two? And now she called me to go in again because she all of a sudden has the flu. I was talking to her last night around midnight and she was fine then. I told her I had too much to do today and now she's pissed at me.

Well I originally told her I would go in, but then I remembered how she asked me earlier to switch with her today and I told her no, so I think she's just lying about being sick. Plus, we're barbecuing today and the Spurs play so I called her back and said I couldn't make it. She's pissed at me now, sending messages to my phone but screw that... I'm going to enjoy our new Dish today and watch me some Spurs.

But I'd be careful if I were you. Anybody who can take down three cows at once is somebody I wouldn't piss off.
In fact, only other person I know to take down three cows was ORION the last time he went clubbing.

I have a dilemma with this same girl that hit these cows.. last month she caused yet another major problem at work. Apparently she was still pissed at me for not going in for her that one time and she had been trying to get back at me since. She chose the busiest day at work to tell me she wasn't going to come in at the time she was supposed to. Now, I let this go because I didn't want any confrontation with her, and once she saw I wasn't angry about it, she called back and started telling me off and said she wasn't going to come into work at all now. I went into work at 8 am and we don't close until 9.. she wanted to make me stay there the whole 13 hours, on the busiest day! To cut this story short, she eventually called back in and apologized saying she would come in but she only told the general manager and not me... I left work that day so pissed at her!
Since this whole incident she almost got fired for being a until she apologized to me, but she also said that I needed to apologize to her which is bull because I did nothing wrong that day. I was the professional at work that day doing whatever I could to please her and not get into this big fight at work. Anyway, then I find out they made her employee of the month! WTF?! The only reason she got that was because her friend is one of the managers. How do you go from nearly getting your ass fired for being a total for no apparent reason, to becoming employee of the month?! So.. I'm a little bitter about this.
The dilemma now is that she told me that we're not friends anymore because of that stupid incident... yet she's calling me and telling me all this juicy stuff about how she's so pissed at our boss that she's going to start riding the clock and doing other things that are grounds for firing. Would I be a total to tell our boss about her telling me this? Is it worth me trying to get her fired?

They seem A LOT more efficient at that then the guys who I see work the drive thrus.
Women seem to be better at details such as making sure an order is correct as well as counting correct change.

Cuz I have seen with my own eyes some cows run across the road and jump a fence on the other side.
Granted I was blurry eyed after being up for 2 days but I'm pretty sure I did see that.
