It's ugly though.
Just like Marion, some weird ass shot. We know they still go in, they work, but still ugly.
It's not the shot that's really that ugly, since his release is almost textbook. It's just that weird cross-body hitch he has before he gets into shooting form.
Marion, or Prince, or Ben Wallace have truly ugly shots, though.
Martin crosses the ball across his body that same way, as he puts the ball down to advance into the paint against a defender. It's weird but effective.
