That was a tough call against the Saints, I would have said that he was down, no turnover, Saints ball. But they didn't ask me....![]()
YOU>>>EAT
HAHAHA Queens fan called someone chokers... off face
Saints Defense have been real good at keeping the ball carriers from getting 1st downs...
Wow, the Bears Defense and the mistakes by Saints is what will lead to a Bears Victory....
But it is still early in the game...lot of game to paly yet...
Reggie Bush just doesn't look that fast anymore. I guess that's what happens when you aren't playing Fresno State and Hawaii anymore![]()
The Saints need to run straight up the field and take advantage of Tommy Harris' absence. Seattle did it with Alexander all day last week. The Saints need more Deuce.
It's the field, not his lack of speed that is hurting his game.
Opinions please...
How much does the weather/cold have an effect on the Saints play today?
It's the speed of the people playing on the other side of the ball that's hurting him. The Bears have one of the fastest defenses in the NFL, and they are playing on the same field.
It's having a huge effect. They are a dome team that relies on speed. The slippery sod is slowing them down, thus effecting their game.
It's effecting them because the main skill position guys are warm weather guys for the most part. They aren't used to the weather.
That said the bigger issue is the pressure of the NFC Championship game.
I wonder how the Saints prepared for a game in a open stadium, in the cold with a rough field.
I heard the announcers say they practiced all week indoors. Which is a big mistake in my opinion.
your opinion is crap simply because you're a texas fan.......... no texas fan will say anything good about a usc player
Agreed, if that is the case. Chicago winters are harsh, windchill factor will cut though your bones and Soldier Field is on the lake front.
Carson Palmer is a great QB, and IMO would have led the Bengals to the Super Bowl if not for a dirty shot by Von Olhoffen or whatever the ers name was. Troy Polomalu is one of the best safeties in the NFL. Lendale White is a beast who will become a monster in the NFL if he ups his work ethic. I don't have anything against USC - I just think Bush is a slot receiver over a RB and that Leinart is a cry baby . I like pretty much everyone else at USC, especially Steve Smith.
