67% (Dixie). A definitive Southern score!
63% (Dixie). A definitive Southern score!
Damnit. My dixie wrecked.
49% (Yankee). Barely into the Yankee category.
This is pretty accurate since I was born and raised in Yankee territory for the first 17 years of my life (except for 5 years in Europe). Then it was west coast, southwest, then here.
The you all, y'all , etc. question should have had you guys as an answer. I picked you all, but I always say you guys.
53% Dixie. Not bad for someone raised in Michigan!
Been in Texas too long, I guess![]()
68% Dixie.... and I've lived in Texas since I was four.
73% (Dixie). That is a pretty strong Southern score!
in texas all of my life
42% (Yankee). Barely into the Yankee category.
57% (Dixie). Barely into the Dixie category.
A lot of my damn-Yankee dad rubbed off on me.![]()
57% (Dixie). Barely into the Dixie category.
Born in Texas, raised in Ohio.
53% Dixie
What part of Ohio? That's where I was born and lived.
46% (Yankee). Barely into the Yankee category.
I'm a Yank, too. Good quiz.
What Yankee territory were you raised in?
62% (Dixie). A definitive Southern score!
Born and raised in Texas...except for some time spent in Michigan, Indiana, Virginia and Cali during my highshool and early adult years.
I said I say "ya'll" even though I hardly ever say actually say it...I struggle with that word all time, it seems like the word I should say, the right word to say, and the one that makes the most sense, but then right as I am about to say it I get this picture in my head of a Southern Belle saying "you all" and I don't like the way I think it will sound so I end up saying "you guys"...and then I get a picture of Humphrey Bogart or Joe Pesci saying "youse guys" and I regret saying it that way...
The Party Barn question ...it's not what we call them here...it's what they call themselves here, and since they are pretty much the only drive through liquor store in Texas...what else are we supposed to call them?
LMAO@ the coke question...it always sounds freaking weird when I go up North and hear them call it Pop...

60% Dixie - this coming from someone who has spent at least 2 years in each of Tennessee, Kansas, Louisiana, California, Texas (17 years), Mississippi, Guam, Pennsylvania and Connecticut (plus a year just outside of Chicago and a dozen drunken weekends on the Atlantic coast of Florida).
Spent my entire life in SA92% (Dixie). Is General Lee your father?
She answered your question two posts before you asked it...
Northeast in Defiance, Ohio. Home of the Battling Bulldogs.
It is about an hour south of Toledo. Great place to raise a family.
40% (Yankee). Barely into the Yankee category.
What can I say, i've always lived close to cities.
47% (Yankee). Barely into the Yankee category. My great-great-...-great grandfather General Lee must be rolling in his grave.
