He is so ing horrible, he reminds me of Joey Harrington.
The Bears are solid in the running game, on defense, and have great special teams. Their Achilles heel is that they have terrible quarterback play.
Dumping Grossman for a mediocre veteran, a Trent Dilfer-type game manager, should be Chicago's #1 priority in the offseason.
id bring in a better veteran to challenge him and to wn his job. or do what they were doing with the playcalling during the beginning of the season when he was throwing for 3 TD's a game
I'm racking my brain trying to think of a QB worse than Grossman in any past Superbowl.
yeah somebody like air mcnair!!!

When was Harrington in the Super Bowl???
Oh thats right he has never been.
hes a piece of qb and ive been saying for about 2 weeks now that you guys would see it in the super bowl...... no one agreed with me then, but now all the sudden everyone agrees.....![]()

hes about as ty as tony romo.....
David Woodley.
If you're talking about the game itself, rather than the enduring suckiness of the player, well Earl Morrall was atrocious in Super Bowl III. Johnny Unitas was better in that game, even with his throwing arm held on by duct tape.
Doesn't matter if I suck. All that matters is that I'm sexy as and the ladies want me. Don't deny it.
"Two wins away from putting a ring on my finger for the rest of my life."
The quote that doomed the Bears. That and Grossman's interceptions, fumbles, poor play, and that whole episode where he was like "let me drop back and sack myself for 10 yards, twice!" No team with Grossman at QB is going to come anywhere close to a Super Bowl win, ever. Like I said days ago, the Bears were only in XLI because the Saints choked.
I Agree. I am just throwing this out there for bears fans but what would you guys think about bringing in Bledsoe to challenge him. The Bears O-line seems pretty solid and I think he would be an upgrade over Grossman. The only problem is he would probably only be a one year solution. I bet Bledso would go there if they told him that he would start if he outplayed grossman.
