Wow - athletes really can get off scott free with you guys. Because he's honest he should get a free pass? What?? If OJ admitted he did it in his trial, does that mean we should have let him go because... eh, at least he was honest?

We're ripping on him for being a selfish, stuck-up jackass who should feel proud he was invited to be in the dunk contest. With the exception of Nate Robinson stealing the contest unfairly last year, that was one of the best dunk contests we've seen in a while. Tyrus is disrespecting the fans, the league, the players, and most importantly those who have come before him. I'll always respect Josh Smith (even though he beat Amare 2 years ago) because he showed his respect for Dominique Wilkins by wearing his jersey for a windmill dunk. Thomas displayed the typical at ude of an LSU graduate - iness, stupidity, and poor NBA readiness.
