I also can't stand Lakers and Celtics fans who aren't from LA or Boston but still try to pull rank with the number of championships. IMO, if you just decided to cheer for the franchise with the most number of rings then you shouldn't be able to pull rank.

These fans cry, , and moan when they lose a few games;"TRADE _____(insert- heard every player and staff member, and even the owner)_____. Then when they win, they are all kissing
, and they start bragging about, "we have 3 championships you have NON(regarding the mavs)". I could almost say most of the fans are comparable to Amarelooms antics when mavs lose a game or when he thinks they will lose a game, ridiculous....

I don't know why all that hate for Lakers fans. Online they (mostly) mind their own business and let their past results speak for themselves. Of course - at the moment. It might change, when they become a very strong team again.
Even in general, I think that amongst ... problematic fans, at least two thirds of them are bandwagon fans. Bandwagoners for me are not those who jump from one team to another, but people who jump from one sport to another. If Dallas would be weak as usual, we wouldn't have almost any of Mavs trolls around here. Once Dirk is gone, they will lose interest in NBA and there will be another team with worst fans.
For me it would be net fans. I a Jason Kidd fan and wish he would do well but I want him to lose too just so there fans don't get the pleasure of saying .
Ok, I forgot about those... but the worst part of NJ fans (for me) seems to be the Vince Carter part.
The Mavs fans who have only found out the Dalls has an NBA team since Mark Cuban bought them----the folks who persevered thru the really bad years seem to be genuinely appreciative of the upturn in fortune and are aware that it won't last forever

Heat fans are the worst, I didn't even know they existed untill the Finals when they all came out of the closet.
They probably didn't. It's a pretty common tale: Joe Schmo's life is so pathetic that he MUST attach himself to something positive, and he bandwagons some team to make himself feel good. Spurs have a lot of fans like that now who jumped on board after 2005. They piss and moan because we don't win it every year. The only consolation to our inevitable down-cycle is that it acts as flea-dip for these asshats, and they disappear faster than a fart in the wind.

Nothing makes me smile more than when a Mavs fan has to come to this forum and complain about Spurs fans referencing the 3 NBA Championships the Spurs have won. Well, nothing except for 2 pussies at the same time.
