i understand the lakers viewpoint of needing a pg but the gsw? baron davis is the reason why they are even winnin games, even though his injury prone, he delivers.

I hope he goes to the Lakers...that'd be interesting to see Kidd and Kobe. Hopefully, they won't have to give up Odom....

Yes, Kidd to the Lakers ultimately...they would give up Mihm, Brown, Smush or Farmar, Mckie and a few picks.
The lakers would get Collins or Morre + Kidd. Portland is rumoured to get involved and would exchange Magloire to the lakers where they would ship him out to the Nets for Kidd...the other players would change hands as well.
Alrdige mentioned this during the ASG yesterday, also other insiders are saying this is a strong possibility. We'll see though.
