I'd agree with you if not for the fact you're posting it for the mere fact of rubbing game 7 in our faces again.
I thought the 'past didn't matter? It's a new season'?
Dont know if anyone has seen this before but seems like an interesting book

its not about the pic, but the book, it could be shaq catching the oop from kobe against portland and I'd still post it
Then you'd be happy to edit out the picture and just mention the le, right?
Then people would think it was a stealth attack when they clicked the link.
It's a curious picture to use on the cover of a book about Game 7's, since that's hardly the iconic Game 7 moment.
Then again, I guess it's hard to summarize John Starks going 2-18 in one picture.
I thought the pictures choice was kind of odd, but it was not intended as an attack
Actually, it makes sense since that was the most recent great game 7 the NBA has had.
the only thing we (spurs) fans should say here is that Mavs got owned by one player last year in the finals WADE)
The highlight of the Mav's season was in round 2?
Of course it was. They finally beat their rivals in a playoff series. They were supposed to beat Phoenix so that was somewhat anti-climatic. They choked against Miami so that's definitely not the highlight of the season.
"We ain't the champs, but we beat the Spurs hahaha! Time to rub it in their face on their forum!" is exactly why Mavs fans aren't respected around here. Get real if you think we'll respect you after that.
Another example of the media and writers ignoring the NBA Finals, and constantly rubbing last years semi-finals in the face of Spurs fans.
It's all they can do when their Mavericks team couldn't get the real job done in June.
