I'm not that familiar with the spread, so what what does -7.5 and +7.5 mean? Does it mean Pats will win but less than 7.5 pts? And the Eagles will win by more than 7.5 pts?

If you bet on the Eagles, you're saying that the Eagles would win if you add 7.5 to their final score.

If you bet on the Pats, you're saying that the Pats would still win if you subtracted 7.5 from their final score.

I'd go with the Eagles on points yet I still think the Pats will win it. Both of the Pats 2 Supa Bowl wins have been close, something people seem to forget.

I expect a relatively low scoring game, something like 17-13 or less.
