Sean Sutton...
when did k-state spur on anyone's program? i guess he has no perspective on turgeon, given that he lives in wichita.
Sean Sutton...
The aggies on the board are slipping. They now basically follow Capt Mike around and try to legitimize the hiring of a stiff for a coach. The only ones I haven't seen doing this are AHF and Jimcs
I'll take blue skies over your dark clouds anyday...

I haven't even offered opinion on the subject other than to say that I am skeptical.
I also fully acknowledge that our new head coach is a signficantly bigger question mark than yours.
Most of my posts have simply been stating the recent history of Turgeon at WSU. If you find that to be bitter and whiny, maybe its just because you don't like the resume of your new coach.
But I am skeptical. You have to admit, it is a rare thing for a coach to lose a Suttonesque 14 of his last 22 at a mid-major after being ranked #9 in the country, then get hired by a BCS program coming off a sweet 16. Don't you? The more I think about this, the more I can't see it from A&M's end.
JGW has been the only aggie poster I've seen stating Sweet 16! and other garbage.. Most others are simply excited to have a new coach, but have reservations due to the selection process being so short. Capt. Mike gets on because he rags on the aggie program on a consistent basis. He finds it entertaining to rag on A&M just as those who respond to him find it entertaining to rag on OSU. I dont see what the big deal is.
Please find and show us all where I rag on the atm program on a continual basis.
not my dark clouds...aggy spin on this is classic...one minute it's "billy pleeeeease dont go!!!! WE LOVE YOU!!" having "impromptu pep rally's outside his office
then aggy with, mucho monatery resources pulls a coach from a second rate missouri valley conference school and ags rejoice over the selection.
ah, maybe, it's just an observation on my part. Maybe JGW is skewed enough to make it seem worse than it is.
that's a great pic. And the sig is great too. I remember being at that game and thinking - did this dumbass Ventura really just charge Nolan Ryan? Then get his ass kicked? It was great.
Trust me you wouldnt be the first. I've dedicated the better part of my time on this board trying to distance me and my fellow aggies from him.
The impromptu pep rally had like 100 people all from Texags.com community, which is possibly the most sexual forum on the planet. I don't think that counts. Who the is rejoicing outside of JGW and his "I went to A&M for a year but also USC, so I'll root for whichever one is better at the time and make stupid predictions" at ude?
I forgot to add the pep rally also appears to have one fat chick
My bad...
How could I accuse you of being negative after making such a positive post?
Please accept my apology.

wonder if that lightbulb headed kid next her would hit it?
you're the only one on here that i've seen that thinks the hiring process was too quick. like i said before, he may turn out to be good, but damn they sure seem like they left a stone or two covered instead.
Byrne had his mind made up. I think we could've definitely got some interest throwing the BCG contract at Floyd or Dixon, and if they didn't bite I'm sure Turgeon would've still been available. I'm cool with the hire but definitely think we could've gotten interest from some much bigger names.
WHAT??????
Oh my God. I don't have years to search through all your stupidity and find the countless megabytes of data indicating how you've ripped on their RPI, fans, opponents, layup misses, coaching staff... oh and all of us on here who don't "Bandwagon" you.
not sure if you read this, but i thought it was pretty interesting article...

I saw it. It's pretty ty if true.
No, you simply post lies. Sorry if it doesn't fit into the category of factual.
No wonders everyone has been telling you to shut up... you just aren't that smart.
i wonder how much of that is true. if so, i am pissed off...
I think most of that blog has been proven untrue in the last few days based on comments by both Byrne and Gillispe.
bitter & whiny? or just familiar with Turgeon?
A&M may very well turn it around, they certainly have the talent to do so. However, if Turgeon is able to squash the losing the streak and regain momentum in this season, it will be the first time in his career that he has done so.
9 months later...
read the thread, i said it when he was hired.
