That would be sad to have a team leave you. I bet some people got really attached to them.
Thank You, Oklahoma City

I hope tonight won't be the last NBA game in OKC. I was skeptical at first, but they've proved they're a major league city, and have given the Hornets a homecourt advantage they never had after leaving Charlotte. They've shown they're great fans, and I wish them luck in getting the Sonics.

I've said it before and I'll say it again-- nicest fans I have ever met at any NBA arena.
Heres to OKC.
Hope you get the Sonics, and move into the divisions
I think it was especially poignant because OKC is a city that understands tragedy.
Very True. I hadn't even made the connection till you mentioned it, Ploto.
Oklahoma has proved to be a terrific venue for the NBA. I hope they get a team soon.![]()

That never dawned on me until you brought it up.
OKC has some passionate fans that is for sure.....so it seems.![]()
It would be cool for them to get a team but it will be tough for that to happen. The league will do everything it can to keep the Sonics in Seattle since it's a bigger tv market. I think Oklahoma City's best chance is via expansion and I'm not sure when the league looks to address more expansion (if at all).
