The tape clearly shows that Timmy said nothing to him to prompt that second T. He was looking for anything he could find to toss him out. The league at the very least needs to talk to JC and make sure he is nowhere near any Spurs playoff games.

I don't see him reffing a Spurs game for some time. Stern can't afford a huge blow-up of some kind, and the Commish is pathologically afraid of bad press.

Why are so many NBA refs so damn old? How the does JC get away with talking about NBA owners like he does and still keep his job? He ing dissed an owner's wife, basically called her a trophy and he's still working.
NBA ref unions must have considerable power vs. NBA and NBAPA.

he will be admonished and spoken to privately by the league and that is all...he continues to ref games after ejecting don nelson for merely standing in a spot so i don't think they're going to start *protecting* the spurs from jc...then other teams could start up with refs that dislike their teams and give justifications for why, much like cuban has already done with danny crawford...it would get out of hand and i see no reason why he should be removed from spurs games UNLESS he's fired...in which case, i'd be happy with because he's a prick
