Walter Thomas. I've never heard of this guy. But check out these numbers/feats:
- 6'5", 370 lbs, but can do a perfect forward flip.
- Ran 4.9 in the 40 yard dash
- Wears a size XXXXXXL jersey
- Can bench 475 and deadlift 800.
Didn't play much college ball, but when he did in two games, he posted 16 tackles (9 of them for a loss), and 4 sacks (for Oklahoma State as a freshman).
I can just hear those scouts salivating.
Tony Mandarich thread.
I can just see Jerry Jones trading all of the Cowboys' picks to move up to the 10th pick in the first round to select this guy.
Bust written all over him
nah, he might be a good project to work on in the later rounds..
He posted those stats as a junior. 9 tackles in 11 games played as a freshman. And the 16 tackles in 2 games where for Northwestern C.C., nothing to freak out about. He didnt play last year because he got kicked off the team. Guy is the definition of a project, and probably wont go earlier than the 6th round. He is too fat, he needs to lose weight, and his conditioning is really bad from what Ive read. But I have also read that he has unlimited potential, and that with the right coaching staff they might turn him into something. Link to the whole article
MY sleeper is the WR from East Carolina, or the S from Orgeon St.
whichever ones the sleepiest
Sabby can run, he did get caught out of position numerous times (2006, he had people around who could help, 2005 was a lost year as OSU's defense just plain stunk. 2003 and 2004 he was great, although a little mouthy at times which cost OSU at least one game) but he can play in the NFL.
Good luck to Sabby!
with the Bucs?
the next Lynch maybe.
this guy wasnt drafted I think.
