..........that isht just doesnt work in team Basketball....on ANY level. You HAVE to play D-fense and get back in transition.....you have to know NOT to shoot a 3ptr with no rebounders......you have to use your fawkin lid.
Suns and D Mavs basketball will NEVER win without a different offensive/defensive state of mind.

The Mavs and Suns run the same type of offense........we will outscore you.....instead of defending.

These Mavs don't play anything like the Suns these days. They finished in the top five in points allowed.
As for the Suns, I'm not yet convinced their style cannot work; it just hasn't. They've won a ton of games on a consistent basis using that style, centered around Steve Nash.
And yes, I know your next argument: "Have they won a le?"

The D'Antoni-Nash Suns suffer from a lack of composure, not a faulty system or a lack of talent. They also match up rather poorly against the Spurs - similar to the Kings vs. the Shaq-Kobe Lakers in the early 00's.
