san antonio sucks. didn't you know?
WESTBOUND 410 near North Star Mall there is a huge pot hole in the middle lane. You can not see it because it is covered up by water but I personally have seen 3 vehicles drive over the pot hole and have blowouts immediately. I saw another 5 cars today on the side of the road changing their tires and I am assuming it was because of the pot hole. Of the 5 vehicles, 1 was a time warner cable truck. Maybe thats why they cant get here on time. Fix this San Antonio. Fix it now. you.

thanks for the warning. I drive that way everyday but thank god always on the left lane. I have noticed construction on that area before, right in the center lane. Last Friday when it was pouring all day and there were floods all over, I remember they blocked the center lane for emergency construction. took me an hour to get home!!!![]()

410 East and west at North Star is ed up with all that damn construction.
SA's roads have always sucked. Pothole capital of the world, with Kabul running a close 2nd.
Eyewitness wants to know.
just the women suck the men
And it's not just relegated to the *poorer* areas of town, either. I hit a pothole big enough to hide my car in (it was full of water, which is why I didn't see it![]()
) in Lincoln Heights, on my way to the Quarry ... and ended up with a cracked rim. Fortunately I was able to have it repaired, without having to put out the $750 it would have cost to replace it.
if you weren't going so fast, you could of probably seen them![]()
Oh BTW, they said over the radio that they closed 410 for emergency construction on said pothole/
When ISN'T 410 closed?
Something similar happened to me in Vegas when I lived there. It hardly ever rains, but it's a mess when it does. I went through a huge puddle and hit a manhole. The cover for it was gone. There were about 5 of us there on the side of the road changing tires. The funny part was the 2 guys sitting on the curb collecting the hubcaps that flew off the tires as people drove by. They said they had collected about 80 bones worth of used hubcaps.
It was probably those 2 clowns that removed that damn manhole cover.
