As well as Tim Donaghy assisting the Spurs to there 5 point game 3 spread and victory(actually won by 7 but thats enough to cover the spread). I'm tired of hearing about the Spurs winning three out of five championships and Tim Duncan best Power Forward ever???? Spurs whin more than Mark Cuban, Popovich is a prick, Horry a punk and Ginobilii? needs a couple more elbows from Kobe. Tony P. is the only respectable player on the team and that's cause he nailed Eva. Set all bull aside the spurs are a good team that gets GREAT calls in the postseason. They should not have won that last championship, it should have been the Suns but unfortunetly the Spurs were worth more in Vegas. It's ashame because the Spurs were lagitamite prior but the last championship should be with an asteric next to it reading, Team Effort; Stern and Donaghy Co-MVP! Spurs suck, this is the year of the SUN!

Let me state this which NO Suns fan has been able to intelligently respond to: The Spurs won the season series 2-1, and had a better Western Conference record than Phoenix. Simply, the Spurs were a better team. The Phoenix record was inflated due to superior play vs. the East. And I want proof of Donaghy actually fixing that game. Outside of that game, the Spurs were still 3-2 vs. Phoenix, if you look at the record of the games with no suspensions or no Donaghy, it's 2-2. That to me does not equal "The Suns would have won". So shut up and go watch your team go get easy jump shots vs. poor defensive teams, get 62 wins, then run into superior defense in the playoffs and lose. You're used to that cycle anyway.

The Suns play fun-filled, fan-loving, ratings-getting brand of basketball. If there was any conspiracy theory to be had at all, you would think it would likely involve somehow getting the Suns into the finals.

just because it lets me bring it up without starting a thread, but this guy i work with said duncan should have been tossed for one of the games for moving away from the bench even though no fight broke out because reggie miller had a one-game suspension for moving away from the bench even though no fight was going on. i didn't know what he was talking about. anybody with any insights?
