Upon re-watching the game, the Cowboys did send way more guys at the quarterback than the Broncos did, who never rushed more than their front four in the first quarter. But the offenses had something to do with that. The Broncos ran sets mostly with two tight ends and if they only send three guys downfield, there's not really anything for the linebackers to do but go after the quarterback. I seem to recall Seattle having a lot of success forcing Demarcus Ware into pass coverage.

I think we all agree it's much ado about nothing, although the Cowboys may be making themselves look better than they actually are in the preseason. We'll have to wait and see. I'll be watching either way.

The Patriots blitzed the out of VY in their PS game against the ans. Although in that game Jeff Fisher stated he's glad they did because it gives their OL some blitz's to work against. I don't think it's that uncommon, especially if you have a new system in place.

Lynch should be glad someone was watching.
