I was amazed at how so many of the women permed their hair within an inch of baldness. Japanese hair is so beautiful already. And they would dye it with peroxide, I thought I was back here on the West Side, there was more brassy orange than on a Florida orchard. It was insane. But maybe I am just partial to really dark hair
