Of course it does. So the NBA turns the other cheek when players drink during games? hmmm, maybe that's why we have an occasional outbreak of violence on the court. Drunk Players!

i suspect it's prolly from the night before for most players but u never know.

I propose alcohol nights during the NBA season, where all players have to drink a shot and a beer when they check in/out, and when they foul.
