How long will he last before he gets hurt again?

    http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/200....ap/index.html

Ailing T-Mac could return by Friday

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Tracy McGrady will be checked out by the Houston Rockets' medical staff Thursday to determine when he'll be able to return from his left knee injury.

"We certainly are missing him," Rockets coach Rick Adelman said before Tuesday night's game at the Washington Wizards. "But it's important that he's healthy when he does start playing."

McGrady, sidelined by strained tendons, tendinitis and a bone bruise in his left knee, last played Dec. 23. He's the Rockets' leading scorer at 22.8 points per game.

"I'd love to see him come back on Friday, but it's really going to be up to the medical people and Tracy as far as how he works out, how he feels before we get him back on the floor," Adelman said.

Once McGrady does return, his time on the court will have to be monitored.

"He's not going to be able to play a full quarter in a row or anything like that," Adelman said. "We'll have to get him in and out and see how this thing responds."

Would the Suns trade him straight up for Marion?!?

The man did score 13 points in what...90 seconds?

    He'd fit right in!

Playoff choker for playoff choker? I rather keep Marion. At least he plays some defense.

Seriously. Wilcox outplayed Duncan in their very first matchup which also happens to be their NBA debuts. Never happened again, but who knows?

tmac never choked in the playoffs, he was a monster. His role-players sucked. but he still has the 1st round monkey.

Is on me! Is on me! Did he not say that prior to the Jazz series? The Rockets had homecourt in that series.

Yes, but when our team set a NBA record for least number of players to score in a playoff game, we know we are ed no matter what happens in that series.

Yes he did say that, but trust me he was the only one scoring, assisting, rebounding, blocking etc etc. that series was not lost b/c of him. if you think so, you are subjectively looking at this. he does need to learn to keep the trap closed though.

Yeah I agree outside of Yao there was nothing. Hopefully he gets past the 1st round this season but not at the expense of Phoenix.

He holds the ball too long, never allowing his teammates to get into any kind of rhythm. He's freelancing causes his teammates to be confused as to how to react or where and when to spot up.
