He was never caught with anything. He had a banned substance that showed up in a supplement. Both used banned substances, both served suspensions, both are treated differently by the media.
I'm not talkings on Harrison either, I still wear my Harrison Chargers jersey, I'm just asking what the difference seems to be.
I think the Pats will beat the sh... out of the Colts this year; really
That is a very old Merriman article.
As I have said all year long...JUST GIVE UP on wishing for the Pats to lose. Give us our rings already.
So because it's old, and the first one out since his failed steroid test, it's the least accurate?
Please don't jinx the Colts![]()
My team has backed up everything I have said so far. 17-0 soon to be 19-0.
Ah, the sad moment when the Spurs fan outs his own troll.
I thought the Pats did a really good job of running the ball tonight against a defense that is good at stopping the run. They also showed that if you don't get pressure in Brady's face on a consistent basis, he'll pick just about any coverage apart. Take Randy Moss away and Brady will exploit gaps by hitting Welker and Stallworth and Gaffney and others.
I think Patriots fans might worry a bit about how easily Jax seemed to move the ball at times tonight; but I thought the Pats did a good job of tightening things up when they had to in the second half. Their umbrella 2-deep s in the back tonight -- very similar to the umbrella coverages that Belichick used as Giants D coordinator in the mid-80's -- kept everything in front and didn't give up huge plays, forcing the Jags' offense to be patient and allowing the Pats to vary their looks as the ball neared the goalline. It will be interesting to see if they stick with that bend-but-don't-break mentality next week.
By the way, a 10-day forecast for Boston shows Sunny with a high of 28 (and low of 15) next Sunday.
Incredibe game by Brady. Obviously, that was one of the greatest playoff performances in NFL history.
I would like to give props to the Jags for fighting the entire game. I thought Garrard was amazing. His receivers dropped two huge passes, both in the redzone. But he didn't help matters with that fumble in the 1st half. The Jags played the classic bend but don't break defense. It didn't seem like they blitzed at all.
I guess the question is, can the Patriots fulfill their so-called destiny?
At least Shawne Merriman didn't get caught ordering HGH on the internet in his own name. Stay in school, kids.
Patriots win again 31 20. Brady on fire again. colts/sd chance of winning about 4%
I can't wait until Baloney tries to run it on the Colts and gets a hot, fresh plate of Bob Sanders served up in his grill.
Dude, you would get a spur for outing this troll.
You should make sure the Colts get to the game next week before talking .
Says the guy that created the Colts vs. Pats thread before the Colts got to the next game. . .
most dallas and indy fans seem to me mentally handicap in here.
Nope. bostonguy is neither a Dallas fan nor Indy fan.
Well, that pretty much sucked.
Congrats to mono and his Patriots. You guys got scoreboard, and that's all that mattered.
Maybe next year your team and my team will meet again and the results will be in my favor.
The rest of you Chowdah-head fans/trolls can eat and die.
