^^It's called listener-ship. You haven't got it, then you are
shown the door, simple reason: you cant sell advertisement
to the folks who pay the bills. Nothing really too complicated.

I guess I need to look at Arbitron and see where Ricci and Jack are just tearing them up these days on ratings.
I really don't know. And could really care less. I haven't
listen to any of them mentioned so far on local radio. I
used to listen to Ricci in the early morning when I was
walking, but I haven't in a long time. Used to listen to
Sonneland (?) and I could never understand why they
took her off, guess she wasn't selling adverstising. I
have always suspected, but I don't know, maybe some
on here do, but I think some of the personalities, like
Ricci and Son, Trey, get a cut of the revenue they
generate, consequently, if they can get the advertisers,
they stay. And the only way they get those folks is to
get people to buy the products advertisted. Called
loyal listerners? Your guess is good as mine.

I concur. Messer was not a right winger at all. Another voice of reason.
Ron Aaron didn't he go over to helping running the
abused women org and got run off or quit and is now
running some orginizations dog pound. Could be he
just cant cut any job. Too much liberal and not enough
elbow grease.
I never really thought Sunnyland was a lib, just a woman,
and a very good looking one at that. Of course she had
a little yankee blood in her. Not good.....
