    Expecting to win a Superbowl with Wade Phillips as your coach is like expecting to win an NBA championship with Bob Weiss or Del Harris as your coach.
    He did a of a lot better job then parcells. Cowboys struggle to make the wild card if parcells is still here.

    neither parcells nor phillips have won a playoff game with dallas so i'd say they're at least equal, but consider phillips took over a good team that parcells built and parcells took a ty team and made them good i'd say parcells has done a better job at this point. Let's see what Phillips has done after next season before we judge his coaching ability.
