Actually, my mother was wrong. My grandmother wrote her a letter suggesting the name Lea for my middle name. My mother thought it was a different spelling of Lee and went with it. Later when talking to my grandmother in person, she found out my grandmother meant the "Lay-uh" pronunciation. Too late, I was already named.

Dang, it took me so long to figure out what you meant!!! My names were also musically influenced: one by Simon and Garfunkel and the other by Hank Williams. When I was a kid and heard either one of the songs I used to almost die of embarrassment!
