Obama camp said it was unintentional, but I think these things are planned with such detail that such an oversight is unlikely.
for Barack Obama to start his speech while Hillary was still doing hers in Ohio. Or was it a little payback for Hillary not congratulating Barack on his Wisconsin victory as she has done in the past?

I thought it was the exact, right thing to do. It shows he means buisness.
I've been reading she hasn't sent congrats at all, EXCEPT for the WI win.
She never even acknowledged his Potomac Primaries win. She just moved on like it never happened. Obama probably did do it on purpose. As much as these politicians deny it, I'm sure a lot of bad blood develops during these campaigns and I'll bet they enjoy dishing out these kinds of snubs whenever possible.

People already waited for hours to hear him speak and I'm sure once the results were officially called in WI, he went on. I don't think it was necessarily with disrespect to her, but just to keep the people from waiting that much longer.
I think it was barely a blip on the political radar, because he has been gracious and classy to this point. If he had shown blatant disrespect in the past or had run a particularly vicious campaign to this point, I think you could form an opinion about his character.
But as of now, this is just one of the very few things he's done that can be viewed in a negative light.

Yes. All of these speeches, whether Dem or Rep, are coordinated so that the viewing audience at home (or on the radio) dont have to choose someone to listen to. They can hear all of them one after another.
these are the important factors that should concern us all.

Yeah, it is just a common courtesy to wait until the person speaking is finished but I do agree that it was getting late and wanted to get started. Then when Hillary didn't even acknowledge Barack's victory he decided not to wait.

He is a damn good speaker, and whoever is writing his speeches is doing a good job. However, it is pathetic how much blame he wants to take off the people who didn't educate themselves, sacrifice, and plan long-term before getting themselves into trouble with debt.

Anyway, it was WI's day, not OH's. Hillary was trying to steal some of Obama's impact.

A political analyst I heard this afternoon said that Hillary's speech started late and thats why the two ran into each other.
