I admit that like a lot of Spurs fans I dreaded the thought of Barry coming back as a Sun (or Supersonic) and dropping his bombs on us. Until he's in a rocking chair, better to keep him on our team. I know that sounds like the Yankees buying a superstar just to keep him away from the Sox, but so what... when you hate to lose, you do everything legal and economically feasible to win (although I have to laugh at big spenders like the Mavs and the Knicks who go nowhere -- having the dough is no excuse for stupidity).
