    I wouldn't give anything more than one 6th round or lower pick for this guy. The 5 or 6 arrests before his suspension obviously didn't take away his desire to get into trouble, so I doubt having "one last chance" would do anything at all to keeping him in line. Some people are just wired to get into , and unless they make a very difficult and active effort to "re-wire" their minds and emotions there is pretty much nothing else that will keep them from getting into trouble.
