I think it's a lot easier to put a Game 1 loss behind you than a pivotal Game 5 or Game 6. The Suns will be back ready to play for Game 2, I don't think they are going back into their locker rooms thinking that the series is over. That's all I'm saying.

All they need to do is win the next game and the momentum swings back to them. I've seen enough playoff basketball to know not to call a series after Game 1.

I agree is too early to call the series one way or another. Look at Dallas in the 06 Finals.

Entertaining game. Spurs just doin' what chumpions are supposed to do by holding HC, but taking two overtimes and a Shaqless first half to accomplish it. The celebration at the end of the game was laughable for the first game of a first round series. Spurs shot their wad. Look for the Spurs to be dominated for the remainder of the series and in the lottery within three years. Suns in 5.

Come on man. I wouldn't have bagged the Suns like that had they won this game.

    Spurs ain't Dallas.
But obviously, there's still a lot of games to go.

    Spurs in five.

No excuses from this Suns fan!

You guys won it, fair and square. I'm not happy about it, naturally, but fair is fair and the Spurs played a great game!

I knew this series would be epic! 2 OTs! WOW!

LOL why are Spurs fans getting their panties in a bunch? The Spurs played a great 2nd half, but this game was more about the Sun's blowing their chance to win the game than the Spurs beating the Suns. Two 3pt shots to send the game into an overtime? Tim Duncan hitting 3's? Please......if you are gonna rely on that to win games you won't last long in the playoffs.

See it from the other point of view. We didn't just win this game once but twice. Somehow the refs kept you in it. Amare fouled out and Shaq in foul trouble the whole game?

    That's right.

    You have SEEN basketball.

You have no idea what it means waiting for a whole year for your revenge that then........ puff, it's gone.

    With a Duncan's 3...........

Life divides those that watch and those that experience things.

    Watch more.

No, I want to see New Orleans advance.

That way, I can get playoff tickets to see the Silver & Black on the road in my adopted hometown. I will be the drop of black in a sea of ... teal?

This is a game the Spurs should have lost, but they didn't. The fought for the win, and although it's just one victory, it's big. I doubt the Spurs will have to repeat this performance 3 more times to get out of this series.

I really don't care what team wins this series. I just want it to go 7 games and have both teams be completely exhausted and worn out by the end of it. Then the winner has to go play the Mavs/Hornets which ain't no cakewalk. Then they get to play the Lakers, if they make it that far, who will be fresh and rested.
