Atlanta is not winning this series despite what Smith said. This I think can actually help the Cetlics. A little adversity can help them down the line. Now in Game 4 they now what they need to win on the road. Keep in mind this is the 1st road game for this team. Hope the Hawks enjoy thier only win in this series.

I can't believe Horford actually trashed talked Pierce like that while he was on the ground like that. I wonder how it felt getting punked by a Rookie while you're on the ground...I betcha that makes SportsCenter. Looks like the next game will be a good one.

I'm proud of the Hawks, and Horford taunted in Pierce's face also which made me even more happy, all year the Celtics have been acting like kings good for them.
Atlanta got their one win. Good job on their part. They've done what Sons and Nuggets have yet to do this postseason.
But let's be real. Atlanta is not going to win this series. They don't belong in the playoffs yet. In fact, they are a walking argument for reseeding the playoffs. Golden State, Portland, and Sacramento are all better than the Hawks. Boston will take care of business and advance.
all right, fine you win. i'm frustrated the celtics' run is over. its a been a great season, but too bad it had to end today. they've been a joy to watch, but all good things have to come to an end. its sad we lost in the 1st round to an 8 seed in just 3 games. looks like i'll have to root for the red sox full time now.

Besides is really hard to sweep a team out of the playoffs especially for a team that is in the playoffs for the first time. I doubt Boston is really sweating this loss at all. I still see them closing them in Game 5 @ Boston.

GREAT WIN for the Hawks, what a game! Had to go to the grocery store just before half time and barely missed a beat because of the shot clock situation, lucky score for moi.
It's tough to watch any team get swept, although I would have figured Hawks the most likely candidate. The b-ball Gods had something different in mind.
