Yes i expect a tough close game fight to the end and hopefully Spurs win. Play the way they should have today but didn't.
Pop should take out Barry. He could get an unncessary injury here.

Oh yeah and who honestly beleves that Dantoni can outcoach Pop enough to come all the way back?
Obviously Spurs are not playing the game within their style. Looks to me this will be a give away game. They are going to wrap up this first round with Suns in San Antonio on Tuesday. There is no way they give up 30 points in a game. Plus they do not have the sense of urgency to finish in game 4. Just like what they did in Utah since nothing to gain. I would give away this game to give my roster a breather. Plus this game will give the bench player opportunity to practice and have the feel of the play-off intensity. Finishing in 4-0 or 4-1 will not make any difference to POP or even 4-2. They are 1 game away to wrap up this round vs Suns still has a long way to go. I would not plan to wrap up early and sit around for the next 5 days wait for the 2nd round opponent. That will lose the play-off momentum for my players. The question will they finish it on Tuesday or will be another practice day for the reserve players?
yeah, let's ignore the Suns dominating the Spurs in the 1st half of games 1/2
Finley needs to stay off the court in game 5. What a joke on defense. Suns finally figured out to post him up every time
No Mark, Diaw is on the floor because Mike's a moron.
You better start that Game 5 thread then, mother er.
Oh yeah, let Am make the game blog next time.
You're unlucky Cherry!
Oh , they just showed Parker, ice on his calf and ankle. Duncan has ice on his ankle. So does Ginobili.
Could Grant Hill's injury have been a blessing in disguise for the Suns???? If D'Antoni will have to continue starting him, he's a mismatch for the Spurs on the floor.
hopefully they can come up with a counter to Diaw.
That development is troubling.
CIA Pop
He's doing a psychological thing on the Suns.
I hope
But whatever, we got game 5, trust me
Come on spurs.. finish the game on a 22-0 run!!
I want you to win........
Trust me,...........
I am not talking sh!t, but you guys seem a little worried all of the sudden....scurred are ya....you shoud be....that team when they are in sync ...forgetabou![]()
I think you have a good point, the Spurs can't really guard Diaw one on one except with Bowen. Ime and Finley are getting torched by Diaw.
I'm not sure how Pop's gonna deal with Diaw.
They'll probably look at the final 5 minutes of the fourt quarter of game 2 and try to see why they were so successful on Diaw in those possessions.
Positives:
Spurs will be at home in Game 5.
The Spurs will hopefully make adjustments on offense and defense.
More than likely, the Spurs will play like they did in Game 3 on Tuesday (at least I would hope so)
We just have to hope the Spurs close it out on Tuesday or this series could really bad really quickly.
Enjoy your summer Mavie. It's starting next week.
But timvp needs to bump the Ditka thread.![]()
A blowout loss is nothing to be worried about...we will come back strong next game.
Diaw is an enigma, he is truly the definition of hot and cold...No way he and Bell hit shots like that again...
Having said that you have given them some confidence, I would be concerned If I were you ....
Dammit, Spurs! You have to get drunk and give the Suns a sliver of hope! Just end the series, THEN drink after.
Seriously, someone put something in their gatorade.
I hate to sound negative, but Game 5 is a MUST WIN for the Spurs. If they lose Game 5, they are in DEEP trouble, because the Suns WILL win a Game 6 in PHX.
The refs are still calling stupid on the Spurs.
Spurs will be fine,I send this to bad night at the office, they did this with utah last year, when they got blown out in game 3 and won the next two, spurs will take game 5
