I think the 07 Suns and the 07 Mavs were two of the best teams to never win a ring. And if you think of some of the teams that didn't win it (like the 90's Suns and Jazz), they're in pretty good company.

I disagree about the 90s Suns. Stern got the ratings match-up of his dreams when his refs gave the Suns 65 FTAs in game 7 of the WCF that year.
