This is such a load of . There are a lot MORE girls in those urban areas but by no means are they more hot. Chicks in slums are not hot and while you may not be in those particular areas most of those cities are exactly that.
Lack of health care and nutrition for children as they grow has a tendency to make people not quite as pretty.
