Actually in a way it's pretty funny because Fortson will probably be on the bench two minutes into the game after trying to set his cute little picks on Bowen.
In any regard, I can't figure out what the the Sonics are thinking. You want to try and sneak in and win one on the road, not have the home team seething at the bulletin board. And you're not talking about a chump team, you're talking about one of the league's elite.
It's almost like they're begging for us to kick their ass.
I just can't figure out how a guy who is probably the most foul trouble prone player in the league is talking smack about getting even more physical.

Fortson wont have enough fouls left to knock Bruce... he will be using all his fouls on Tim. He will only be put in the game to hack Duncan, and if he actually trys to guard Timmy, he will just end up fouling him anyway.
So they set hard picks. They aren't allowed to move. If they want to waste fouls on Bowen I'm sure he's only too happy to draw them all series. Maybe I should change my prediction for high scorer in the second round to Duncan, because he'll have a feast if Fortson, Evans and James aren't concentrating their effort fully on Duncan.

I think Danny bringing attention to "protecting Ray" will make it easier for Bruce to get "illegal pick" calls on the Sonics.
I thought the Sonics were smarter than that. If they are playing "mindgames", well it's going to hurt them in the end because you can be sure the refs will be keeping an eye out on the matchup and a closer eye on the Sonics and how they set picks for Ray.
