7 point game and the Lakers are coming to life. Not bad considering how crappy they were playing.

actually in the 3rd we only lost by 1 pt....
it only looked like a bad 3rd quarter cause the Spurs outscored the Lakers by 12 during the first half of the quarter....but then were outscored by 13 in the second half of the quarter.
That didn't last very long, did it?
Thankfully, the quarter ended...saved by the buzzer.
Someone tell Pop he has the lead tonight. Save the experimenting with personnel and lineups for Friday night. Get this one.

This lead should last for about 1:34 seconds into the 4th quarter. Maybe after they tie or take the lead we'll decide to get serious again.

Doug Collins is annoying the out of me.....he is always wrong with his commentary. He always talks like he knows what is going to happen, but the players never actually do what he says they are going to do. Just call the game Doug and stop trying to analyze it.....he has been wrong for 15 years....what a tool
Pop should of known better than to take Bowen out. Sure he had 3 fouls, so what. Let him play the game out. if the Spurs stay up 20 and Bowen fouls out with 5 minutes left, that's all good. You don't play with fire like that, now Kobe has his rhythm, and it wouldn't surprise me in the least if he scorches Bowen in the 4th now he has some rhythm to his game.
