Let's see. They came back from 20 down.
And are now administering a 20+ point beat down.
Still not convinced?
I like your spirit.
Delusional, but I like it!!!
This is like 2001 all over again. We don't belong on the same court with the L.A. Lakers.
Shoot, we were lucky to get that big lead in Game 1. It was a fluke -- Kobe took the first half off.

Kobe is playing cuz action isnt stopping for a SUBS UTION...lol..
Funny, a Kobe/Phil Jackson team choked away a 3-1 lead a few years ago. It's becoming more apparent that a lot of fans here are casual fans and don't know much about the game.
Copy that. There's no comparison.
And this year's team has been blown out in the playoffs how many times?
We were complacent in last year's off season, and now we're paying for it.
There will be no repeat this year, you better start getting used to that miserable idea.
Well, we certainly hope he is going to cure whatever the is causing him problems and get back in, and TP can do the same
spurs looked like they had KING-itis or SUNS-itis after a heart wrenching loss and decided to start bricking shots and playing like old men. oh wait they are old men.
This is a sweep waiting to happen. The Lakers are NOT the Hornets. The Hornets were a little better than us, and we were fortunate to get by them.
The Lakers are a much, much better team. Detroit or Boston better get ready.
Some teams just aren't good enough to make their open shots like they're supposed to do.
Now you gotta win 4 of the next 5 against the 1 seed in the west, a team that's demoralizing you right about now. It's over.
cheaaaaa
That was the Smush/Kwame/Luke as starters year, Kobe playing 1 on 5 won't get it done.
I give them a pass for that stinker. Thankfully, this year's team is a little better.
Yall got no chance in this series, let's GO LAKERS!!!! we're goiong for the KILLLLED!!! embarrassed these ers!!![]()
We had no business even taking it to game 7 with Smush and Kwame.
New orleans beat the spurs alot worse than this all but 1 game on their homecourt. I'm not saying the lakers cant beat the spurs in this series but the spurs are still very much in the series and are capable of coming back and beating the lakers.
Yes ... good grief, you're right. What a silly mistake on my part.
Yes, the Lakers choked. But ... they are much better this year. And the Suns that year were better than this year's Spurs.
Hornets were better, Lakers have more experience and confidence Thats the difference and Spurs need to step up
That's about the most useful thing Jacque Vaughn's done for his offense tonight.
Spurs were complacent DURING this season.
56W
ty road record
badly losing record against NBA top 6 or 7 teams
sucked in the season, sucking in the playoffs
Tim is insanely wealthy and bored to death with bball. You could see it all season.
This group of Spurs is completely disconnected. They're making cuts and none of them has the slightest idea where the others are.
I guess that's to be expected from the end-of-the-bench brigade that's waving the white flag, though.![]()
Trevor Ariza, #3 in. Just off the injured list. He could be the X-Factor here. Let's see in games 3 and 4 when he defends Parker.
Holy , Bones is making an effort on transition D tonight.
Waiting for Game 3 at home. They just gotta bring more effort that they did tonight. They looked like the partied too much last night, or something
Spurs will in games 3 and 4 back home. They will take it to Game 7. They will win Game 7. That's how they roll these days.
