Who is Sterns boss? I don't think anyone can fire Stern can they? Is their a board of directors for the NBA?
The NBA's image is taking a big hit right now and the league must first of all fire Stern, to start the healing.
I always said, that the league does not fix the winners but they do dictate how far a series will go. The more games the more money. In reality, now that i think about it, it is just about that, not fixing the winners and losers of the series. If you want to say that is in fact what they are doing, you would be foolish to think that it was just one occasion. All finals would come into question.

Stern is also a lawyer, so he must have serious connections.........
