I think most people acknowledged that he benefitted from a lot of open shots in game 3. The Game 4 crapfest 4th quarter meltdown

You don't see the comparisson between Sasha, a spot up long range shooter and decent defender, and Finely? OK. Obviously Finely had skills and ability that Sasha will never have but right now, or next season for the Spurs, he and Finely are a lot alike. The Spurs have Damon on the roster right now so having " ass" players is not out of the question for a roster spot. It seems that with the fading of Horry/Finely/Barry that the Spurs need a shooter that can spread the floor as much as they need some help for TD.

Last I saw, we had no one would could consistently score points. Defense was a MINOR problem, if a problem at all really.

We have 3 20 point scorers, we need more defense. Our defense was not a problem in comparison to the rest of the league, but to winning a championship, it was a major problem. The Celtics had the type of D the Spurs had when they won chips, it was hands down the best. The Celtics offense struggled as well and was very stagnant and did not get the looks that the Spurs offense got, but no one said anything because their defense was stifling.

Vujacic is so junk, they said he did a good job defensively on Manu, that, Manu was just so tired. Vujacic sucked so much in the finals against the Celtics. He couldn't watch anybody in that series, Ray Allen repeatedly burnt him and made him look bad, and ray allen is a shooter, he was getting to the rim at will. So spurs stay away from this pussy .
