Yeah, because the Spurs have been on fire drafting domestic talent of late....
we drafted marcus ing williams and george hill, hooray for domestic talent!!!
PLEASE FIRE RC this bas does not deserve a job with the spurs
They probably could have had Hill undrafted possibly even. Anything else would've been better value.![]()
im gonna go crawl into a hole and die..
let's see if we make a good FA pickup or two before we overcrowd the ledge.

not bad but how was the compe ion?
the draft day maneuvering portland has done over the last few years is scary good. right now all they have to do is sign a few veterans and they will be set to compete at the top in the next 2-3 years.
Words were that Lakers were going to get an early second round pick to draft Hill.
It's far from sure that Hill would have been available at #45.
I don't know when two young players like Darrell Arthur and DeAndre Jordan are available you pick one. Jordan might not be ready yet but you can't teach size, and he has some patential probably more tha Mahimi.
There's raw talent there. Put him up against Tony Parker at practice everyday, who knows what might happen.
I hear what you're saying, but I just think its a ty use of a first rounder.
man whats up with Chalmers? Apparently had good workouts and his stock was meant to be rising
The Nuggets could get a 2nd rd pick and scoop him up still.....but i doubt it
Man that looked like HS game.

If he actually plays in a game with the Spurs and is still on the team at the end of the season, it's better than any Spurs first rounders in recent memory. Maybe he's going to be the long defensive three in the smallball lineup.
Patience, dude. Patience.
Well, there is still a lot of good value on the board. Its not impossible the Spurs can't land a good player at 45.
Knicks fans are booing larry Brown!
CDR is still on the board. Trade up! Buy a second round pick! My goodness...
