Soku vs Cane at UFC 89. tough fight for soku. time to see what he's made of. Cane has some badass standup. i think it may be smart for Sokoudjou to use his judo and take this fight to the ground like he did vs Machida. I just hope his JJ is better this time.

eh? Didn't know it was free. I don't know about any future belt holders on this card. Who would that be?

    Bisping, no
    Leben, no
    Alves, no
    Sanchez, definitely no
    Soko, no
    Cane, possibly
    Hardy/Gono, no
Carwin, possibly sometime down the road.
    Kelly, Davis, absolutely not
    Liaudin/Whoever, no.
    everyone else, nope.

my friend I think you forget how young these guys are. I probably should have worded it contending belt holders instead of sure fire belt holders.

    Bisping who knows
    Alves yes
    Sanchez yes
    Carwin yes
Soko such a wild card but I can't rule him out

St. Pierre is also young -- I don't see any of your welterweights as a probability, so the age thing is a moot point. That's specifically why I put Carwin as a down the road guy. Sanchez and Alves, I just don't see it at welter any time. Bisping maybe down the road after Anderson is gone, but there are a number of Middleweights who I think are better and the same age. Therefore, as I originally stated, I don't see it. In 8 years, you can bump the thread if anyone of them becomes a belt holder.
