I thought you knew or I would have told you.
Hm, putting other "issues" aside, questioning Rasho's work ethic is pretty lame. As is saying that he had a good last season in Minny because it was a contract year and that he stole money from the Spurs. Come on...
Like he didn't have arguably the best season of his carreer in the first year with the Spurs, posting career high averages in rebounds, blocks and almost tying in assists. After that his minutes went down every year.
Last two or so months in Toronto he got (very) extended minutes again and is like the 3rd option on offense and so he's contributing quite a bit and people think he just suddenly learned how to play basketball or that he's playing for a new contract.![]()
I thought you knew or I would have told you.
Rasho didn't lack motivation.
He lacked self-confidence and balls to be the solid contributor he seems to have exposed now. Good for him, he still has a couple years left.
What a shame he didn't do this for the Spurs (other than when Tim was out)
Man!, that's good news. That means there's still hope for Dampier... we just have to get him pregnant!!!
There was a long interview (one hour long) with Rasho a couple of weeks ago. Some very interesting quotes (regarding USA, NBA and Spurs, too), I was suprised with many of the things he said, one of the best interviews with any of the NBA players I have ever seen. Has anything been posted about it so that I don't doublepost?
Please post.
