Agreed. I'm too old to get excited about many other shows anymore.
I just listened to "Killing The Blues", "Gone Gone Gone", "Through The Morning, Through The Night", and "Stick With Me Baby".
Damn, that album is just too good.
I have TON on my list that I'd like to see if I find myself in the right place at the right time.
At the top of the list are the Raconteurs and R.E.M.
I concur. Last concert I saw was Eric Clapton and he's worth every penny.

Krauss?Plant should be interesting
Depending on the Spurs playoff schedule, we're intending to catch 2 of these Pink Martinti shows:
16 May--El Paso--Plaza Theatre
19 May--San Antonio--Majestic Theatre
20 May---Austin--Paramount Theatre
21 May--Dallas--House of Blues
23,24 & 25 May--Houston--Jones Hall with the Houston Symphony
I love Pink Martini.
They played at the theater on my campus last September and I got so overwhelmed with classes that I plum forgot to go. I'm still kicking myself for that one.
goin to kanye's glow in the dark tour at the frank erwin center later this month.
Any changes/additions to this since it made it's initial run?
So far this summer I have seen Ministry twice, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, and within the next couple of weeks I will go see Green Jelly and 311/Snoop Dog. Then I'll see The Faint in August.
I also got ridiculous tickets to the NIN concert so that will be the final highlight.
I just saw Radiohead at Lollapalooza, it was awesome..I'm following it up by going to Radiohead tonight in the Falls
so that makes
Pearl Jam- West Palm Beach
Pearl Jam- Virginia Beach
Lollapalooza
Radiohead- Cuyahoga Falls
The Black Keys- AKRON October something (not quite summer but close)
Was it raining the whole time?
I went later in the day Friday to catch the Black Keys and Radiohead and by that time the rain stopped.
concerts are lame and a big waste of money. sorry to tell you.
sweet man how was it?
about as good as a concert with 100k people can be. I couldn't get that close because I wanted to see the Black Keys. I was 10th row at Pearl Jam last year at Lolla and I had to stand there starting at 10:30AM when the doors opened...it was sweet though- but I didn't feel like doing that again..too hot
8/29- The GZA
8/31- Bob Dylan (can't mother ing wait)
yeah waste of money if you don't have any- concerts are a hobby of mine so I will go to them
