Yogi, Boo Boo, and Sister Bernstein
Oh wait... beers not bears.![]()
I'm not even going to ask.
No need... I'll go ahead and tell you.
Every time I have seen the thread le, I have mistakenly ( at first) read the word beers as bears.
It is really slow at work so I decided to answer as if I had been asked about my three favorite bears.
Oh, I see.
BTW, Yogi was a fantastic choice.
Thx.
Although I would like to replace Sister Bear with Teddy Ruxpin- forgot about him.

I'm going to have to go with Winnie the Pooh, Little Bear, and Smokey.
Add your favorite bears here if they're not already listed:

What about Baloo?
It's all about the bear necessities.
I forgot about him too.
And winnie the pooh!![]()
( My dad called me pooh bear when I was a kid.)
I like the Carebears too... Sunshine Bear esp.
OMG- I loved this show!

Butterbear.
And Fozzi! He's a great bear too.
Bump Boo Boo from my original list.
Thread jack. Take that to the Quattro.
I found this thread listed midway down page two.
You guys were done with the thread and I recycled it.
Not that I'm "Hooked on Recycling" or anything.![]()
1. Sam Adams Black Lager.
2. Sam Adams Cherry Wheat.
3. Pabst Blue Ribbon. Hey, it's cheap and it does the job.
Sierra Nevada's Porter is pretty impressive. I had almost written porter as a style off after hating Sam Adams' and a couple of microbrew porters I had tried, but Sierra Nevada's is pretty solid. I'll have to get some of that Uinta porter that ballijuana recommended if I can ever find it.
Try the Stone smoked porter. also, the Fuller's London Porter is always good. Not huge porter drinker myself, but i like those two for sure.
Have you tried the Sierra Nevada 2008 Anniversary Ale? It's a pretty good IPA, and I was wondering how it would rate next to Stone's IPA (still having trouble finding it in 6 packs and I don't want to pay $4-$5 for for the 24 oz. bottles I find).
BB, where you living these days?
If you are still in SoCal, you should have no problem finding Stone IPA or even Stone Ruination IPA (DIPA) in 6ers.
they finally brought ruination to austin a few weeks ago! expensive, but good. You headed to Denver this week?
Stone IPA is one of my favorites. Here the 6-packs are $9.50 :/ I liked the Sierra Anniversary, and their Torpedo seasonal.
I won't be going to Denver this year as I'm knee deep in construction issues - but I'll definitely be represented in Denver next year with our own table.
A little more local, an Austin Craft Beer Festival is being planned for next May. www.austinbeerfestival.com
Sweet, I'll make sure and head to that. One of my friends works at 512 here in Austin, if you've heard of them. They opened up a couple months ago. Hope the construction issues get resolved quickly.
