Thing is also this guy passed me over for a job promotion that should have been mine, but I didnt get it because my boss gives it to ones that have been around longer. !!

I think you should tell your boss you want to cash out your sick hours - even if you get half the money for them. It would be a nice bonus for you to get 65 hours of pay.

Well that's just for you. But that's how life is. But, sometimes you just need some "me" time. That's why you take the time off, even if it means not thinking about your co-workers.

Yeah it rolls over now, only 80 hours used to roll over before they changed it to unlimited. I would if I could but they dont let us cash them out. they dont even let us use our sick time unless we call in that morning to use it. A friend of mine used to cash out his sick time all the time. He worked at a hospital and they allowed that. That would be awesome for vacations and what not.
