I don't believe she has had any cosmetic surgery on her breasts. When I was first diagnosed with Lupus I lost a lot a weight and got down to like a size 0. I had no boobs. Then I went on medication and steriods and gained some weight, now I wear a size 10 and have boobs to spare. Her boobs look perfectly natural IMO.
