The Fedor special on FSN last night was badass...

When you watch him in the gym it's clear that he has freak strength. Maybe other fighters are surprised by that due to his size and physique? If you watched, did you see what he was doing the the 45 lbs bar? Or the speed with which he does pull-ups?

I bet he could smoke AA in a pull-up, push-up, etc contest...not that it means anything for the fight, but it's just funny because you look at the 2 of them and 100% of people would think AA is stronger. I don't know that he is though...crazy...
