Arlovski went for a flying knee, and Fedor caught him with the right...in mid air...for a KO...a KO...in the air.

OMG Fedor is a machine.... Who goes for a flying knee against the best fighter in the world? AA is a dumbass
Good strategy, one bad decision, dreams drained down
Fedor is still Fedor
People keep saying AA was winning. Sure, he landed some kicks and some punches to probably get a 10-9 lead on the card, but was there really ever any doubt. Fedor waits for his opportunity.
The Tim Duncan of MMA.
Or Tim is the Fedor of the NBA.
Sounds more baddass.
Wow!!! Fedor is the best fighter outside the UFC for sure!
As long he stays smart & stays AWAY from he UFC he'll should keep beating the FORMER UFC champs................BUT NOT the cirrent one(s).![]()
Tim Duncan plays in the NBA, NOT, the Far East League of...........![]()
You were wrong...stop spewing and trying to downgrade the win.
Barnett is the toughest fight out there for him right now. Who in the UFC should he fear right now? I guess you're referring to Lesnar...hahaha.
'Fake-dor' > All
bwahaahaha....barnett, arlovski, and fedor would all beat lesnar.
Great comparison...I mean, guys like AA, Barnett, Yvel, Babalu, Sokoudjou, Lindland, Vitor, etc are CLEARLY minor league type fighters...
DUMB
If guys like AA and Sylvia aren't worth a , then the UFC division sucked ass for years. Which means Pride had the best HW's a few years ago right?
Arlovski sent off into orbit, with a face-plant landing back on Earth...bwahahahaha
Where's Eddie Roach and his "fight us like a man" comments now?![]()
Sorry, had to...
Close...
Definitely has a headache...
He did...
Evan Evan Evan...![]()
Money...
So, per YOU...Fedor was shown for what he is...right? A bad SOB and the top HW MMA fighter in the world...right? If not, you're contradicting yourself, which is nothing new...
“As far as any punches that Andrei landed, I think all of them were just glancing blows and thy really didn’t hit me on the button and I didn’t feel them too much,”
“Just based on feeling myself in the ring, I felt it was an even fight up to the point when I knocked him out,” said Emelianenko. “When he began his attack, he would open up a little bit. I had a feeling that he was going to make a mistake and I was just waiting to capitalize.”

A couple of random thoughts...
Physically, Barnett looked awful. Much smaller and flabbier than I recall. Guess that's what happens when you go from an org that doesn't test for steroids to one that does.
Honestly, much as I dislike Yvel, he looked better than I expected - got in some pretty good shots from off his back.
Now that Belfort's back on track at MW, I'd love to see Joe Silva give him a call sometime within the next year, and wouldn't be surprised if it happened. I wonder how many fights Vitor has on his current Affliction contract.
Thats like being rewarded for being the tallest midget.
