Nellie is a really bad coach for developing players. Why the would you play Stephen Jackson 47 minutes when it's a blowout. Jackson is going to be like T-mac after 2 years. You need to condition your players and why is the bench getting only getting 50 mins?

You need to develop your bench to be successful in the playoffs and the following season. Ever wonder why the Lakers have a good bench? Phil Jackson is probably the best coach for developing a bench.
