Nate killed the dunk contest
Sure it wasn't great by any means but...there was some drama in the 3pt shootout and Nate Robinson put on a pretty decent show.
I just thought the PHX crowed absolutely blew . But we already knew that I guess![]()
It sort of sucked to be honest. A few good dunks were in there. Plus, none of the Spurs won.
well it wasn't worse than the NFL all star game
That sucked. The biggest highlight of the night was LeBron saying he'd do the dunk contest next year.
I missed the dunk contest. So last year's was better?
Even 2006's was better.
That makes me feel a whole lot better. I was thinking after last year that I was going to miss some out of this world stuff.
Dirk and Bonner should have been selected to 3pt contest because we all like to see big man shooting 3.
They had those sucky players.
tonight was pathetic. lebron was the highlight
Nate Robinson might be the worst dunk contest champion in the history of the contest.
Give the dude a break he's like 5'3. Standing next to the 6'10 Howard reveals that he's not even as tall as listed, he might be smaller than boykins. I'm amazed he's able to touch the rim at that height
He's about to rape some people next year.
Nate Robinson was not decent. He ing jumped off someone's back. He basically dunked an 8 ft goal. Smith and Rudy should've been in the Finals.
but he has already won that twice. lol
I attempted to sugar coat it as well but there really is no denying that this All-Star Saturday night in Phoenix sucked balls in so many ways.
HORSE or what ever they decided to call it I thought was one of the better things. They at least impressed me with a couple of those shots. Although I don't think they played it correctly. If one person makes a shot then everyone else should have to attempt it. There is no reason OJ Mayo should get a free pass just because Durrant can't hit a shot.
That was a pathetic 3 point shootout. Rashard Lewis looked like a fool in the finals and even the champ Cook was never that impressive.
The Dunk compe ion was a joke. Fernandez and Smith never had a chance. The whole thing had already been scripted, Superman vs. Krytonite. I enjoyed the show but it really lacked the spontaneous nature of past dunkers being creative on the fly. These guys obviously practiced this whole thing last summer. Now Lebron just needs to keep his promise and stay healthy for next year. I want to see that.
that was the most biased dunk contest i've ever seen...
Yeah, let me tell you how much those guys suck![]()
